Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of paisatrade.in, its apps, the PaisaTrade MCP server and API, and every related service (together, "PaisaTrade" or "the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund & Cancellation Policy and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use PaisaTrade.

2. Education only — not advice, not a broker

PaisaTrade is a learning platform for the Indian stock market. We provide:

• Courses, lessons, quizzes, calculators, a glossary and articles.
• Paper trading with virtual money on delayed market prices.
• Market pages, stock and index charts, an IPO calendar, and a stock screener for study.
• Sensa, an AI assistant that explains concepts and data, and an MCP server that lets AI apps use PaisaTrade tools.

PaisaTrade is not registered with SEBI as an investment adviser, research analyst, portfolio manager or stock broker. Nothing on the Service is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security. Screens, charts, GMP figures and AI answers describe data; they are not signals. We do not take IPO applications, open demat accounts or place orders on any exchange. Real-money decisions are yours alone.

3. Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law.
• Give accurate details when you sign up and keep them current. We may verify your mobile number over WhatsApp or SMS.
• Keep your password, API tokens and personal connector URLs private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• One person, one account, unless your institution has set up accounts for a class.
• Tell us at support@paisatrade.in straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

4. Plans, prices and payment

PaisaTrade has a Free plan and paid plans (Starter, Pro and Master). What each plan includes and its current price are shown on the Pricing page. Paid plans unlock larger paper-trading balances, higher Sensa and MCP limits and support options; the core lessons stay free.

• Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST where it applies.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or net-banking credentials.
• A paid plan is a prepaid period of access. It does not renew or charge you again automatically; you choose whether to buy again.
• We may change prices for future purchases. A change never affects a period you have already paid for.
• Refunds and cancellations are covered by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Paper trading and market data

• Paper trading uses virtual money only. Virtual balances, profits and losses have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or transferred.
• Simulated fills, charges and slippage are approximations. Real markets behave differently, especially in fast or illiquid moments.
• Prices, charts, indices, IPO details (including subscription figures and the unofficial grey market premium), fundamentals and screener results come from exchanges, licensed providers and public sources. They may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and are provided "as is" for learning.
• Charts use TradingView's charting library. Market data belongs to its respective owners.

6. Sensa, the MCP server and API tokens

• AI answers can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Check anything important against primary sources before acting on it.
• Do not paste passwords, OTPs, bank details, PAN, Aadhaar or other sensitive personal data into Sensa or attachments.
• When you connect an AI app (for example Claude or ChatGPT) through the MCP server, that app receives the data its tool calls return and handles it under its own terms. You can revoke a token at any time.
• Daily limits apply to Sensa questions and MCP tool calls by plan. Automated use outside these limits, or reselling access, is not allowed.
• Paper orders prepared by an AI app always need your confirmation inside PaisaTrade.

7. Your content and feedback

You keep ownership of what you post — feedback posts, comments, notes, journal entries and chat messages. You give PaisaTrade a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display and process it to run the Service. Public posts on the feedback board are visible to everyone with your display name.

Ideas and suggestions you send us may be used to improve PaisaTrade without any obligation to you. We may edit the status of, hide or remove content that breaks these Terms.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post stock tips, paid-group promotions, "sure-shot" calls, pump-and-dump content or anything designed to move a price.
• Impersonate anyone, claim SEBI registration you do not hold, or harass other users.
• Scrape the site, bulk-download data, or call our APIs other than through the documented MCP server and within its limits.
• Probe, overload or bypass security, rate limits or plan limits.
• Copy, resell or republish our lessons, articles or data, or use them to build a competing product or to train AI models.
• Break any Indian law, including the IT Act, 2000 and SEBI regulations.

9. Intellectual property

The PaisaTrade name, logo, lessons, articles, illustrations, software and design belong to PaisaTrade or its licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own learning. Course certificates confirm completion on PaisaTrade; they are not a degree or a regulatory qualification.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent Indian law allows:

• We are not liable for any trading or investment loss, whether or not you used PaisaTrade content before making a decision.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for outages and errors of third-party data or service providers.
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid PaisaTrade in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Suspension and closing your account

You can stop using PaisaTrade at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to privacy@paisatrade.in. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, misuse tokens or put other users at risk. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers and liability continue after closure.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as PaisaTrade grows. We change the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, tell signed-in users by email or in the app. Using the Service after an update means you accept the new Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussion for 30 days. If that fails, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
